Asmara Eritrea - September 22nd 2004
On day two papers are
presented by Mr. Nesredin (Eritrean Diving Center), Mr. Kenfe Habtom (Zoba
Maekel Administration), Mr. Kefleyesus (Ministry of Tourism), Mr. Berhane
(Eritrean Airlines), Dr. Beserat (N.E.U.W.), Mr. Berket (ETSA), Mr.
Tedros Kebbede (Travel House International), Nebay Tecle (University of
Asmara), Mr. Yosief Heyabu and representatives of
the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of National Development.
The workshop is concluded by
discussions on the Declaration of the ETSA on the goals of the
organization, and the reading of the final Declaration.
A few hundred meters from the
Asmara Intercontinental, an exhibition is being prepared, with beautiful
Eritrean clothing, handicraft, art and more. Women in traditional clothes
demonstrate their traditional skills, and there is stalls where
enterprises related to the tourism industry demonstrate their skills and
products.
