Keren Eritrea - May 28th 2006

 

Walking through the outskirts of Keren. Climbing a hill to visit one of the Orthodox churches of Keren and another to visit a small village. Visiting the markets and drinking some beers in the Red Sea Hotel and Restaurant in the evening, trying to catch Rawha with my camera.

Nicest memory: after climbing one of the hills around Keren, to visit a very small village, a family offered me a small chair and some water. To have some rest in the shade of their small traditional house.
